To ensure data transparency, PKGroom categorizes product records into four distinct verification tiers so brand teams understand exactly what has been confirmed.
Tier 1 — Data Reviewed
Baseline dimensions, material types, and capacity figures provided by factory catalogs and verified for completeness by PKGroom operators.
Tier 2 — Manufacturer Confirmed
The Korean factory engineer has explicitly confirmed active production capability, neck finish specs, and baseline MOQs.
Tier 3 — Sample Checked
Physical sample evaluation performed by PKGroom quality technicians or the brand client, verifying weight, finish, and assembly fit.
Tier 4 — Project Verified
Information validated through completed commercial quotes, pilot production runs, or bulk export orders.
Verification Scope & Disclaimers
- Verification labels indicate platform review levels, not accredited third-party legal quality certifications
- Stock levels, MOQs, unit pricing, and lead times require formal reconfirmation per project
- Formula compatibility testing remains the responsibility of the brand owner and filling lab
- Bulk mass production sign-off requires signed Golden Sample approval
