Intellectual Property Policy

Rights and limits for logos, artwork, product data, CAD and 3D models.

Legal Notice: Terms and policies published herein govern the use of the PKGroom platform operated by Link Plus Two Co., Ltd. in the Republic of Korea.

1. Proprietary Platform Assets

All software, 3D web model formats, UI designs, graphics, and brand trademarks on PKGroom are the exclusive intellectual property of Link Plus Two Co., Ltd.

2. Client Artwork & Confidentiality

Clients retain full ownership of uploaded brand logos, artwork, and proprietary formula details. PKGroom uses uploaded client assets solely for fulfilling requested quotes, samples, and production.

3. 3D Model Protection

Web 3D models served on the platform are decimated preview meshes intended solely for visual review. Extraction, reverse-engineering, or unauthorized distribution of 3D geometry is strictly prohibited.
