Sample types, cost expectations, lead time and approval records.

Sampling allows beauty brand teams to verify appearance, tactile finish, pump engine dosage, and chemical formula compatibility before committing to mass production.

Sample Categories

Stock Sample — Unprinted, standard color container for dimensional and assembly testing
Color Sample — Molded in target pantone color for visual approval
Decorated Sample — Applied with artwork, printing, and surface spray coatings
Functional Assembly — Fully assembled container + pump/dropper for formula compatibility test
Pre-Production Sample — Produced from bulk production tooling prior to main run

Ordering Terms & Dispatch

Stock samples are typically dispatched within 3-5 business days via international express courier (DHL/FedEx). Custom decorated samples require 10-15 business days depending on factory decoration schedules.

Sample and international shipping fees are quoted per request
Sample fees may be credited against subsequent bulk production orders
Formula compatibility testing remains the sole responsibility of the brand owner

Sample approval is a mandatory milestone before mass production tooling or assembly can begin.
