Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Sample Order Cancellations

Stock sample orders may be cancelled for a full refund prior to courier dispatch. Custom decorated sample orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once factory surface processing has initiated.

2. Production Order Cancellation & Deposit Refund

• Before Mold/Tooling Fabrication: Production deposit refundable minus administrative & engineering costs incurred
• After Mold Fabrication Commences: Tooling deposit non-refundable
• After Bulk Mass Production Commences: Orders cannot be cancelled; full contracted balance remains payable

3. Returns & Quality Claims

Claims regarding defective or non-conforming packaging must be submitted within 14 days of delivery accompanied by inspection photos and batch numbers.
