Pre-Production Milestones

• Golden Sample sign-off (physical reference retention in Korea and client office)
• Approved Artwork Proofs (Vector AI files with pantone reference numbers)
• Neck Finish & Dispensing Engine Tolerance Agreement
• AQL (Acceptable Quality Limit) Standard Level II Agreement

Quality Control Checkpoints

During production, Korean factory quality engineers and PKGroom operators perform rigorous inspections across key parameters:

• Dimensional & Wall Thickness verification using digital calipers and gauges
• Vacuum Leakage & Drop Testing for sealed closures and pumps
• Cross-hatch Tape Adhesion test for printing and spray coatings
• Pump Engine Dosage Accuracy (ml per stroke) & priming count
• Color Consistency vs Approved Pantone / Golden Sample (Delta E < 1.0)

Defect Resolution & Non-Conformance

If non-conforming items exceed agreed AQL thresholds, PKGroom coordinates immediate root-cause investigation, factory rework, or remanufacturing at no extra cost to the client.
