Terms of Service

Legal Notice: Terms and policies published herein govern the use of the PKGroom platform operated by Link Plus Two Co., Ltd. in the Republic of Korea.

1. Platform Operator & Acceptance

PKGroom is owned and operated by PLUS2LINK Co., Ltd. (주식회사 플러스투링크), registered in the Republic of Korea under Business Registration No. 624-87-01349. By accessing or using our website, 3D tools, or project management services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Scope of Services

PKGroom provides digital catalog search, 3D product visualizers, RFQ submission routing, and managed sourcing coordination with Korean packaging manufacturers. PKGroom acts as a managed service provider and sourcing facilitator, not a direct stocking retailer, unless explicitly contracted.

3. User Accounts & Responsibilities

Users must provide accurate company and contact information upon registration. Account holders are responsible for maintaining credentials security and for all actions initiated under their account.

4. Specifications, Quotes & Orders

Product specifications, MOQs, unit prices, and lead times displayed in the public catalog are estimated baseline values. Binding commercial agreements require a formal written quotation, sample sign-off, and sales contract issued by PKGroom or the designated manufacturer.

5. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Seoul, South Korea.
