Supplier Terms

Expectations for manufacturers participating in the PKGroom network.

Legal Notice: Terms and policies published herein govern the use of the PKGroom platform operated by Link Plus Two Co., Ltd. in the Republic of Korea.

1. Supplier Qualifications & Verification

Packaging manufacturers registered on PKGroom must hold valid business licenses in Korea, maintain ISO quality management standards, and provide accurate product specification data.

2. Quote & Sample Commitments

Suppliers agree to provide binding quotes within 3 business days of RFQ assignment
Dispatched samples must accurately reflect mass production quality and materials
Lead times and MOQs confirmed on project agreements must be strictly honored

3. Confidentiality

Suppliers must protect all client artwork, brand identities, and formula specifications received via PKGroom under strict non-disclosure obligations.
